Yes I struggled with depression as well. The thing I am struggling with is overwhelming myself. So I get stressed. I think it is the coffee and also I need to get some good sleep. Maybe go for some walks
ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment, Mika. You should try switching to decaffeinated coffee, instead. You'll get to keep the coffee and your routine but skip the caffeine! Hope this helps ;)
